OPEN HOUSE! Mapping the Future for 60 Plus Ride

Spending 15 Minutes at our Open House can Save Lives.

Together, We Can Create Solutions for Older Adults in Weld County

JOIN US.  Aging doesn’t have to mean losing connection, independence, or mobility. At 60 Plus Ride, we believe older adults deserve the freedom to live life fully, on their own terms. That's why we’re committed to creating solutions that help older adults in Weld County stay connected, independent, and able to go places — wherever life takes them.

We are creating new initiatives designed to improve transportation access, foster stronger community ties, and empower older adults to age in place with dignity. By enhancing our volunteer-driven services, forging new partnerships, and expanding our reach, we aim to make life easier for older adults.

Discover Our 2025 Vision

Our new plans for 2025 focus on:

  • Expanding Transportation Options: Providing more rides to medical appointments, grocery stores, and beyond.

  • Strengthening Community Connections: Partnering with local senior centers, libraries, and businesses to ensure our older adults have the support they need.

  • Empowering Independence: Helping older adults maintain autonomy by providing access to reliable, caring transportation and fostering opportunities for social engagement.
