Need a Ride? You Need to Be a Registered Client.



Start by calling 60 Plus Ride. We will confirm your eligibility and send an intake packet by mail OR, if you prefer, by email. 



It's FREE. Complete our intake packet. You will need to sign the forms and return them in our prepaid envelope to become one of our registered passengers. 



As soon as you are officially registered with us, you simply call us to arrange rides.
Our rides are FREE to you.

Scheduling a ride with 60 Plus Ride starts by calling our offices once you have been registered.

9am to 4pm 

  • Call 970-352-9348 Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to request a ride.


  • A 60 Plus Ride team member enters your request into our Ride Scheduler software, where a volunteer will be able to respond to and accept the ride request.

  • Please have the address of your destination readily available.

  • Rides are available 7 days and evenings a week, depending on availability of our volunteers.

  • Most rides need be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance. Non-medical related rides may be available on shorter notice.

  • When a volunteer has accepted your ride request, you will receive a notification. In addition, you will receive a personal reminder call the day before your scheduled trip.
